for the Lady Brewsters, all-female

brew crew on Long Island, New York.

They chose the theme "Holding up the Sky" based on a Chinese proverb that encapsulates the meaning of all that women are capable of holding together and supporting within the world. I tried to embody this meaning and also the lime, blood orange, and red currant ingredients.
